Peter Donnelly is a well-known local artist. Having used the beach as his canvas for almost two decades, he now keeps a slower pace of life with poetry and photography as his medium.
Up until a few years ago it was common place to see Peter creating art on the beach, and if he wasn’t locals were used to seeing cruising around the are on his iconic looking bike, or feeding the seagulls by the pier.
These days he can often be found in the local vintage shop, Menage A Trois, and if you’re lucky enough you might get an intimate poetry reading, and you’ll truly be captivated.
